Room for rent near glenmont metro

I have a room for rent in my current apartment. I am looking for a female roommate aged 21-27, students welcome. The building is within a 5-minute walk of the Glenmont metro and close to the Glenmont shopping center, which has a CVS, food places, a Planet Fitness, and a Lidl. The apartment's common areas will be furnished, not the individual bedrooms. You will have your own spacious bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a double sink, a large standing shower, and a very spacious walk-in closet. The bills would be split evenly, being about 1250 each, and utilities totaling about 200 every month (water, electric, wifi, and insurance). The building does offer parking, which would be a sperate charge you would have to handle. I would rather no dogs and could discuss the possibility of a cat. The building is a no-smoking building, and the smoke alarms are quite sensitive, so it would be appreciated if you were not a heavy smoker. Regarding me, I am a 22-year-old Nigerian American female. I would be looking to sign a lease for at least 12 months, and you would have to provide documents, including pay stubs and credit checks, to the leasing office if we choose to move forward
