Alterations: No alterations, painting, or modifications without written landlord consent. Renter's Insurance: Tenant required to maintain renter's insurance during the lease term. Entry & Inspections: Landlord may enter the property with proper notice (typically hours) for inspections, repairs, or showings. Lease Termination: Early termination subject to fees and conditions outlined in the lease agreement.
