I am looking for a responsible and respectful house-mate to share a single-family detached Cape Cod. This renovated & expanded 2,200 sq. ft. rental with 4BR/4 full baths is at the end of a non-thru street. I'm in Four Corners, Silver Spring, MD about a mile from the Beltway and downtown Silver Spring is 2.5 miles. I am lucky to have a responsive landlord who has followed through on some recent upgrades. When we split the rent, it is $1,550 per month plus utilities (approx $200) for each of us. The space includes a good vibes eat-in kitchen, dishwasher, sweet new gas range, large deck, bedroom-level laundry, lots of closets, finished basement, storage, space for visitors, yard, lots of free parking! Ideal for someone who values a roomy, quiet, comfortable living space. You would have your own bedroom suite with bedroom, private full bath and office.
