Furnished One bedroom in two bed one bath townhome located about a mile and a half from silver spring metro. Looking for female to move in.

Bedroom includes bed frame, dressers, nightstand, and mirrors. Bedroom also has a closet. You can bring own mattress or one will be there by the time you move in.

Housing comes with parking space. Washer dryer in unit. I own the place so everything gets fixed right away if anything breaks. The pool is also open Memorial Day- Labor Day .

About me: I’m very laid back. My house is generally clean. I work a lot and exercise often. I also like to go out and hang with friends. I do have two very friendly cats - but the house does not smell like cats. I clean up after them all the time.

Rent is $900 plus electric ( heat/ac/ stove/ lights etc). Security deposit required at signing of lease. Security deposit is $600.
