1 bedroom to share in an apartment

Just a 15 minute bus ride to Downtown(a pick out of 3 buses)Must Go! Good Attractions! Tiled floor and brown wood ceiling in the bedroom, good views of the parking available, apartment buildings, small playground, and the main street, a shared bathroom(toilet, shower, and sink)air conditioning, heat, shared refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, balcony,2 bed rooms, clothes washer and dryer in basement, secured entrance, mail box in building, internet will be available. Take outs and laundromats across the street, Library and grocery stores nearby. Dumpsters and garbage disposal available. Parking available. The Apartment Building is heavily under construction but still convenient. I am looking for a male room that would be interested in short term rental ASAP, prefer around my age or older. I am nice, hardworking, responsible, friendly, open minded, cooperative, clean(but do not mind if others are not as clean)
