I'm seeking a roommate(s) to join the lease for this spacious lofted apartment near Crown Park in Rockville / Gaithersburg!

THE ROOM: 11x14, private bathroom, walk-in-closet, balcony access. Unfurnished. (Bedroom #1 on the floor plan.)

THE APARTMENT / COMPLEX: loft, balcony, in-unit washer & dryer, third floor walk up. 24 hour gym, business center, pool, tennis court are some of the amenities. Very quiet and green suburban street. Easy access to highways and metro. Near to lots of shopping and dining, walkable or by car. I have loved living here for 4 years, and would love to keep the place!

ABOUT ME: 31, male, musician/teacher, easy-going, tidy, LGBTQ+ friendly, and drug-free / alcohol-free home. No pets, but I would welcome a cat! I have a variable work schedule, and sometimes teach or work virtually at home in the loft. My interests include: music/singing, theatre, gaming, style/decor, matcha/coffee, anime. (I'm a voice teacher, if you're interested in having lessons!)

THE DETAILS: the lease is renewing in early January, and I'm hoping to resign with a new roommate ASAP to take advantage of the early-bird rent discount. The rent will sit around $1300 either way, then add bills. I am open to a single roommate or a couple around my age. The leasing office will require a virtual application for proof of income and other information.
