My current roommate is about to begin rotations for medical school, so I'm looking for someone to replace him on the lease. The current lease ends in June 2027, but there's an option to extend.

The space: 2 bed/2 bath second floor apartment next to Twinbrook metro station. The common areas are fully furnished. You would get your own large bedroom and bathroom. Your bathroom has the laundry-- I'd only enter your bathroom to do laundry. Perfect for a grad student or post-doc since Walter Reed and NIH are just three stops away.

What it includes: Bi-weekly professional cleaning. Wifi and W/S/G included in rent price. Electric is separate (normally $75 per person each month)

About me: I'm a mid-30s professional. I have two adult cats, neither of which you'd be responsible for taking care of. I'm a bit of a nerdy homebody and love reading, movies, hiking, and photography. I used to work at NIH and am now at NASA (not the cool part).
