We are looking for someone to take over our lease for a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at The Residences at Congressional Village in Rockville, MD.

The apartment is 1,164 sq ft with a practical layout, south-facing exposure, and excellent natural light. It has two walk-in closets, large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, in-unit laundry, and plenty of storage space.

The building uses natural gas for cooking and hot water, which helps keep electricity costs lower. The hallways are heated in winter, so the apartment stays warm even without running the heat constantly.
