Pillows, blanket, linens, and towel are provided. privacy curtains, fresh linens, and thoughtful amenities for extended stays.
• Downstairs - Rooms 5 : Comfortable furnished rooms with a Twin Bed , dedicated workspaces, chair, TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi. Nightstand , bookcase, private curtains, big closet. The closet has hangers and shelves. Pillows, blanket, linens, and towel are provided.

• Guests may use the basement kitchenette for light cooking if needed it. Refrigerators, microwaves, electric kettles, coffee/tea station, and access to a fully equipped shared kitchen.

• Washer and dryer, espresso machine are available on special agreements: ( Laundry works every another weekends - light clothing only – plus extra utility bill .) There is a laundry services close to the house.. also !!!

• Contract can renewed every 6 months.
• No pets.
• No visitors enter the property.
• No smoking🚭.
• Deposit is refundable but required before moving. fresh linens, and thoughtful amenities for extended stays.
