Perfect for business professionals, NIHers, and international students. We are neat freaks, so you must be neat and clean. You must have a job and good references. Non-smokers and non-drinkers . I'm not surprised guests are not allowed !!

For any further information. The minimum lease is 1 year ( shorter stays negotiable for traveling professionals or international students ).

Additionally,. You should have a clean background and stable employment. First month rent plus first month’s security is required to move in.
