Hey! I’m Ryan and I am looking for a roommate to share a commuter-friendly 2BR/1BA rented condo in North Bethesda. The apartment features bright, open living space, new flooring, and excellent storage in a full-service building. I typically commute to work 3-4 days a week and enjoy relaxing quiet evenings at home. I appreciate maintaining mutual spaces tidy most of the time. I consider myself an extrovert out in public and more introverted at home. Ideally, I’m hoping to find a working professional who shares similar routines. I value clear and open communication and would love a roommate who is comfortable discussing any issues that may arise. I often attend concerts, museums, restaurants and various festivals in the area. The lease is for a 2-year term, and I would like to take some time to get to know a potential roommate better to ensure that we would be a good fit.
