This private bedroom in a single-family home (4BR/2BA) is available for rent in a Rockville neighborhood starting January 2,2026. The room is approximately 170 square feet. You will be sharing the bathroom on the main floor with another tenant.

There is plenty of storage space in the basement and a large closet in the room. The common areas will be shared among all tenants. House chores and responsibilities are divided among the tenants. Cats and dogs are permitted with a pet deposit.

This house is located alongside Viers Mill Road in Rockville, minutes away from Rockville Town Center, Montgomery College, and shopping and dining on Rockville Pike. It's also minutes away from Route 355, I-270, and I-495.

Utilities are equally divided among all the tenants and typically range from $100-$150, depending on the usage and time of the year. You will be responsible for taking over the electricity bill, which will be in your name. Each tenant is responsible for one utility, which is also in their name.

Amenities include: air conditioning/heating, internet, washer and dryer, and kitchen access. The landlord lives next door and is responsive to house-related issues.

The lease is on a month-to-month basis, but the remaining tenants STRONGLY PREFER someone who will stay long term (1 year or more).

A total of $1350 (one month deposit and one month of rent) is due upon move in.
