Available room is large 21.5 x 13 feet with large closet and ceiling fan. Hardwood floors throughout. Previous housemate use room as both bedroom and office and worked from home.

Gas heat and appliances in house keep utilities low. Room has separately controlled heating and air conditioning.
New housemate would share second floor bathroom with one female.

House has great WiFi. One current housemate works from home. One takes METRO to job. Third drives to work.
