We are looking for a single occupant (no couples, pets, or additional guests) who is a nonsmoker to rent a basement suite in a house. This space features:

bedroom with a full private bathroom
Private entrance and street parking available in front of the house
Furnished with a bed, couch toaster, microwave, small fridge, and TV
Utilities included in rent

**Important Details:**
Cooking facilities are limited; not ideal for those who plan to cook frequently.
Not close to public transportations so having a car is essential.
Safe neighborhood, just a minute drive to the ICC highway and minutes to Olney shopping centers.
No laundry available. Laundrymat min drive.
