Roommate Wanted – Beautiful Condo Near Walter Reed

Looking for a clean, responsible roommate for my well-kept condo at 5818 Inman Park Circle. Excellent location close to Walter Reed, NIH, downtown Bethesda, and major commuter routes.

Two room options available:

• Master Bedroom – $1950/monthSpacious master suite with a king-size adjustable bed, private bathroom, and plenty of closet space.

• Second Bedroom – $1,650/monthNice-sized private bedroom with easy access to your own bathroom across the hall.

The third bedroom is set up as a shared office/workspace available for everyone to use.

About the living situation: I’m the owner and only stay at the condo a few nights per week since my primary family home is nearby and I also spend time at a second home in West Virginia. The condo is typically quiet, clean, and low-traffic.

I’m open to month-to-month arrangements initially to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone.
