Townhome room - GREAT locatio (Germantown)

Available from mid October 2026. All utilities are included in the rent.
**Location, Location, Location!**
Located right next to Walmart and Target, the house is less than a five-minute walk from both stores. It is right beside Milestone Shopping Center in Germantown, MD. Many other major stores, including Best Buy, Home Depot, Wegmans, Giant, and Starbucks, are within a 10-minute walk.
It is about a 3-minute drive to Exits 15 and 16 on I-270.
There are several bus stops nearby with many bus routes. You can take these buses to downtown Gaithersburg, downtown Rockville, and many other places. In particular, the Ride On Route 70 Express bus will take you directly to the Medical Center and Bethesda Metro stations.
**Room Condition:**
The spacious room is on the third floor, and is about 120 square feet. A full-size bed, a table and a chair are provided, but you are welcome to use your own furniture.
You will share a full bathroom with another clean and quiet guy. The living room and kitchen are on the second floor.
Parking:
You will be able to park in the garage with my car.
People:
You will live with me, a middle-aged Asian man who works a regular job in the Greater Washington area and is quiet and neat, as well as another guy who is also quiet and clean and works a regular schedule at a nearby company.
Expectations:
Professional with a normal job, which can pay your rent on time. You are tidy, organized, and don't cook much. Not much personal belongings. No drugs, no smoke, please. No pets. No frequent friends visiting.
No food and drink in the room!
Contract:
3 months minimum with a standard rental contract. We could try each other in the three months and then decide if we would continue. One month deposit is required. Credit check is needed.
