Looking for likeminded 3rd room mate

We’re looking to fill our 3rd bedroom in the house. This is the biggest bedroom in the home with a walk-in closet and plenty of light for plants. Including pictures of furnished and not furnished!

We are open to pets and already have 2 cats living in the home (who are comfy with dogs and other cats).

All of the common spaces are shared in the house and this particular room is in close proximity to a half bathroom on the main floor. Our current roommates are using that as their main bathroom but use the full bath upstairs to shower. Kitchen and laundry appliances are all recently updated and functioning well. Both house mates are very active and outdoorsy with a love for biking, backpacking, and climbing. We are both members of a band and have regularly scheduled practices 1x/ week. We are very friendly and positive guys who appreciate sharing laughs and thoughtful conversation.

Black Hill Regional Park is only a few minute walk away to enjoy walking, running, biking, swimming or even kayaking on the lake. As members of the HOA every resident gets free access to the local outdoor pool for themselves and friends/ family. Our neighborhood is really friendly and we ultimately want to build community - our current roomies love to have shared meals, movie nights, and outings. Looking forward to meeting you :)
