Own bedroom/bathroom in 2br2ba condo

This is a lovely space. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, loft, huge living room, outside patio/balcony, washer/dryer, full kitchen, plenty of parking, walk-in closet in your room. Shower and bathtub in your own bathroom. Plenty of storage and space. I don’t care if you smoke, but it can’t be done in condo, has to be done on patio or outside. It’s a really nice space. The rent for the entire place is 2200 but that does not include utilities. However, I am charging only about $100 in utilities and I will pay the rest. The $600 security deposit can go towards your last month. This lease is up in June. So you can move in ASAP but we will both have to leave in June. I work full-time and have a cat. She is 18 years old and he will be more scared of you than she’d ever bother you! I will check references to make sure that you can pay your rent. I stay to myself and expect you to be respectful, clean up after yourself, and mindful of the cost of things. Mainly: if you run the washer/dryer every day or something like that, I may have to charge more. I’m pretty laid-back and want someone who will pay their rent.
