The location of the house is ideal for commuting: 0.4 mile to 270S, less than 5 miles to DOE, Hughes Network, Adventist Healthcare, and Holy Cross hospital. Easy travel to Gaithersburg, Bethesda, and Rockville, and less than 10 miles to NIH, NIST, NCI. The bus stop across the street can take you to the transit center and the Metro. The nearest Metro station is Shady Grove (Red line), 15-minutes’ drive. Also near the shopping centers, gyms, restaurants and more.

Parking is free in a safe and quiet neighborhood. This is a drug-free, no-smoking, and no-pet house, with central conditioning, Wi-Fi access, hardwood floors, the on-site laundry. The community tennis court, swimming pool, and jogging trails along two scenic lakes are within less than 5 minutes' walk. Monthly utilities (electricity, water, and Wi-Fi) are not included in the rental. First month rent and the deposit (in the amount of one-month rent) are required before move-in.
