- Upstairs: kitchen, dining, sitting room, hallway bathroom (kids & I bathe in my en suite bathroom).

- Downstairs: laundry, living room/playroom, 1/2 bath.

- Outside: lots of street parking out front, sidewalk, bus stop on corner #90, park in walking distance, near Magruder Branch Trail.

- Backyard: large deck, playground, sandbox, garden, trampoline, and in summer 14' above ground pool.

FEMALE only. Children ok. No couples. Non-smokers only. No drugs or marijuana. Due to allergies, dairy cannot be cooked in the home.
