Pricing & Lease Details

Rent: $950/month Security Deposit: One month’s rent ($950) Lease Term: 6 months Start Date: February 1, 2026 Rent Due: 1st of every month (paid before usage)

Utilities All utilities are included up to normal monthly usage limits.

Excess usage caused by one renter will be billed directly to that renter. Normal overages are split equally among all residents, including the owner.
