The bedroom available is located in the finished portion of the basement, and includes bedroom with bed and dresser, private bathroom with shower, a walk-in closet and a smaller closet in bedroom, separate access from garage or basement walk out, with finished sitting area that is furnished with couch and chairs, woodstove and television. Cost is $1800 a month. Utilities are included but if electric bill goes over $400, overage will be shared between residents. House is on well/septic and entire house has access to Wi-Fi.

House amenities include one parking space in attached garage, and shared access to main floor, which includes kitchen with adjacent eat-in area, covered front porch, dining room, study, living room, TV room, sunroom and deck, with washer, dryer, and folding table in unfinished portion of basement. Deck in back has a relaxing view of farms, cornfields and rolling hills overlooking yard and private, in-ground swimming pool. The house is adjacent to a farm and Little Bennett Regional Park with hiking trails into the park at the end of our dead-end street.

Tenants must be professional, non-smoking, and neat, willing to assist in keeping shared areas clean and with limited maintenance of yard/pool.
