Super convenient location approximately one mile to the Grosvenor Metro Station and a couple of blocks from bus stops. The house is in excellent condition with professional landscaping and an inground swimming pool that tenant will have access to. The room has access to a shared hall bath, as the two other tenants have access to private baths, shared usage should be minimal. Given the shared environment of the house, we are looking for someone who values a clean and quiet environment and who will be respectful to the home, neighbors, and the other occupants of the house. Shared spaces include the kitchen,living room,dining room, laundry room, and lower level family rooms.
