I am looking for a roommate to move in to a house in Elkridge. Rent is 1,000/month. I would need $488 up front to pay for oil already in tank. Heating oil is a bit pricey but usually only 2 or at most 3 times a year. Otherwise utilities usually run around $200/month. There is a shared bathroom upstairs and a half-bath in the basement. Driveway parking, widow unit AC, washer and dryer in the basement. Available immediately. Rent is due on the 15th of each month. No cats but dogs considered. Lawn is not fenced in. No smokers
