You’d have the first floor to yourself most of the time, and the rest of the apartment is fully furnished and stocked. I spend most of my time in the living room or the loft on the second floor. It’s a very nice apartment. You'd have plenty of storage space (2.5 closets, a pantry, plus space in the outdoor storage shed), a fireplace, in-unit W/D, and high-speed gigabit internet for you work-from-homies.

The neighbors are friendly and respectful. Some of them have been here for 10+ years and care about keeping things nice. There’s a pool, small fitness center, and literal miles of paved walking trails that start right next to our doorstep. Hickory Ridge is a quiet residential village of Columbia that’s close to plenty of shops and services. It’s mere minutes away from the highway (Route 29 and Route 32), the mall and Merriweather district.

My name is Matt and I’ve been living here for 4 years now. I'm a relaxed, clean, quiet, respectful 36 y/o guy with a very affectionate 45lb 5 y/o female pittie mix. I’m employed full-time as a software engineer with a hybrid work schedule (in the office Mon-Wed, WFH Thurs-Fri). I watch TV and play video games in my free time, and am often out on the weekends.
