⚠️Ideal Guest Profile: I am looking for a responsible, exceptionally clean male guest. Because this is a shared living environment, maintaining tidiness in the common areas, bathroom, and kitchenette . .etc is a must. I take great care of my home and expect a guest who will treat this house with the same respect—leaving things exactly as you found them and ensuring no damages.

1. ​Sleeping Arrangement: You will be staying in the spacious basement living room.
2. ​Privacy: My bedroom is separate and features a locking door between our spaces.
3. ​Bathroom: 1 shared bathroom.
4. ​Kitchenette: Includes basement essentials for quick meals (microwave, fridge, etc.). Please note: There is no full kitchen.
5. ​Amenities: High-speed WiFi, shared laundry room, and plenty of unmarked parking spots.
6. ​House Rules: Quiet hours are observed from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
