Two rooms are available in a clean, comfortable shared home. The home has a total of 3 bedrooms and is a 3 level Townhome. The master bedroom and bath are currently occupied by 2 people.

Room Options

Larger Bedroom — $1,100/month
Smaller Bedroom — $800/month

Utilities are included in the monthly rent.

The rooms can be lightly furnished if needed.

We are looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and interested in a peaceful living environment. We are close to many stores and restaurants, including St. Charles Mall. We are within 30 minutes of the beltway, within 30 minutes of route 295 and within 20 minutes of route 210.
