I am a single mother with a 2-year-old daughter, and I have a private upstairs guest room available for rent in my home. The room is standard guest-room size (approximately 10x12 or similar), with a closet and access to a shared bathroom.

I’m looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful female roommate. At this time, I am only accepting applicants with no children, as I want to maintain a calm and structured environment for my daughter.
