If lessee does not sign lease and does not pay a full month’s rent upon acceptance of rental application by lessor, then all deposits here in shall be retained by lessor. When lease is signed, this $350 will go toward the $1500 deposit.
-if a couple decides to rent the room, the rent will increase $500 per month
-I am a retired elementary school teacher, and my husband is a semi retired entrepreneur.
-You will probably never be in contact with the couple who lives downstairs in the finished basement.
