Room rate includes all bills, utilities, and parking. We have two long-term rooms available and one short-term room that can include furnishing for an additional $50 a month. Room comes with kitchen access with pantry / fridge / cabinet space including cookware. Living room is fully furnished with Netflix / Paramount+ on smart TV.

We require criminal background checks (no credit or income requirement), please see deposit schedule. There is no application fee, schedule a tour today!

The University of Delaware is a short commute! No guarantor required for students. Perfect for working professionals in Wilmington as there is direct highway access

Bundle the standard and economy rooms to gain a private, 2bd 1ba getaway for only $1,295 a month! (A $1,490 value, $195 off.) Ideal for young families as a large courtyard with playground sits outside the home, while the area boasts of excellent schools

We also have a first floor suite soon available for mid-term rentals (2-6 months)

I’m a trans woman and University of Delaware graduate with a background in biochemistry education, and my husband Joey is a retail manager going back to school for comp sci.
