Room for Rent on Farm

Looking for a couple of considerate female housemates for our farm in Westminster, MD (Carroll County). We’re 10 minutes from McDaniel College and 15 min from Downtown Westminster. There are 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, 2.5 bathrooms, craft area spaces, a small work out area, large gardens in the backyard, and a firepit area is coming soon. It would be great if the roommate likes farm life, but it is not required. We would charge $750 a month for renting a room in our shared house with all expenses included. We try to be a considerate, somewhat tidy and warm household. We request people who can be respectful of shared space, clean up after themselves and have clear communication. Small dogs may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. We are a very LGBTQ+ friendly household. We’re three women, living in an older farmhouse duplex property with guinea fowl, hens, 2 small dogs, and more livestock on the way.
