The apartment is in an older-style complex, so the appliances aren’t brand new, but the community has some great amenities, including:

I’m looking for someone who’s respectful, responsible, and easygoing. I’m not a clean freak myself, so I’m not expecting the apartment to look like a showroom 😂, but I do expect someone who will pick up after themselves, keep up with dishes, and help clean the shared bathroom from time to time.

Lease requirements: Standard income verification, background check, and credit check are required for approval.

Please note: The move-in date is tentative because the leasing office has a process for adding a new person to the lease, so the actual move-in date may be later than November 1.
