Housemate Wanted for Private Bedroom/Shared Bath

beautiful townhouse located in a peaceful community in Sparks, MD. Peaceful street with plenty of parking. The neighborhood is a great community with plenty of surrounding nature, with commercial shopping easily accessible.
The room available is bedroom (furnished with twin bed, desk, and lamp). The room shares a bathroom with one other person, who is very clean and respectful of other's belongings. Utilities each month (including high-speed internet) are ~$100. We are looking for someone to stay 3-6 months.

Who we are:
Three mid 20s-mid 30s working professionals (two male, one female). We’re all super friendly, but more on the independent, reserved side. Everyone pretty much does their own thing.

What we’re looking for:
-You’re clean, easy going, considerate, and social. You want to live with friendly people that get along well with most. You're also considerate of others in terms of noise, and respecting people's property and the shared spaces.
-You're a working professional and/or student with a stable income.
