Bedroom is fully furnished with a Queen Bed & Mattress, Dresser, Night Stand & a smart TV. Also has a spacious walk in + storage/closet.
Owner is a female professional. Preference is a female professional, but can be flexible depending on individual. I will consider couples (rent amount will change).

Washer and Dryer in unit. Kitchen will be shared with owner.

ALL utilities included in rent: Water, BGE, Trash removal, Parking, and Wi-Fi. A parking decal will be issued, and there are always available parking spaces.

Lease would be for an initial one month to ascertain fit and compatibility, and then a longer lease or month to month after.

Proof of employment and two references will be required. Security deposit of $ 1,000, and first month rent of $ 1,100 due at the time of key pickup.
