This is more than a typical room rental. You’ll have your own private bedroom, full bathroom, and a separate finished basement living area for your exclusive use in a spacious, well-maintained townhouse in Perry Hall.

The home is approximately 3,000 sq. ft., and I will be the only other person living here, so there is plenty of space and privacy. Shared areas include the kitchen and laundry.

I’m a working professional and Army veteran who is typically away from the house during the workday. I’m quiet, clean, respectful, and generally keep to myself. I take pride in keeping the house clean and well maintained, and I’m looking for a roommate who is similarly clean, responsible, considerate, and financially reliable.

The home is in a quiet community with convenient access to I-95, White Marsh, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, with reasonable commutes to Baltimore, BWI, Towson and Aberdeen Proving Ground.

If you’re looking for substantially more privacy and personal space than a standard room rental without the expense of maintaining an entire apartment, this is a great setup.
