Location is very convenient to 695 and I-95 and is close to restaurants and shopping. No public transportation nearby. Google search for Bellbeck Road to see more details regarding location. No assigned on street parking.

Room is on second floor and is furnished with a full size bed, tall and small chest of drawers, TV stand, night table and a large desk and office chair. The room is large, has a ceiling fan and also has a large closet with shelves and double rods. Private bath is attached.

Main level has the kitchen which is fully furnished with all items you might need to prepare meals. Dining area and living room that open to a deck overlooking trees and slopes down to a stream. Central A/C, Xfinity cable, Wi-Fi (provided) Washer/dryer, vacuum, gas grill on premises, It is a quiet, family-oriented area. No assigned parking.

Lower level is rented by a male (bedroom and private bath). Front bedroom with private bath is rented by a female. Both are polite, considerate, clean housemates.

NO pets, NO smoking or open flame (candles, incense, etc.) of any kind inside house or bedroom.

Rental is on a month-to-month basis, either party may give the other party 30 days notice to terminate the agreement. Rent is all inclusive and is $820 per month. Security deposit of $200 is fully refundable provided you leave bedroom and bath clean and undamaged.
