The basement - your space - is completely finished, LARGE, has new carpet, and has its own separate entrance. Partially furnished, as well! It is large enough for a bedroom, your own living area, and more - make it your own!
The laundry room is also adjacent to use freely, as well.

There's some furniture that will remain in the basement - a sofa, lounge chair, and coffee table - you can use at your leisure. There is also a half bathroom and some storage space.

You will have your own full bathroom upstairs with shower/bathtub/toilet/vanity. The kitchen is huge and will be shared; there is plenty of cabinet/pantry space for whatever you'd like to store.

You will have one designated parking spot (I have 2, so one is for me) in front of the house. There is additional parking on the other side of the street.
No smoking, no pets.
