Room for rent

5 minutes from I-95. 17 minutes from downtown Baltimore. 5-10 minutes from UMBC. 30 minute walk from UMBC. The basement was just finished we added a full bathroom with a shower to the basement instead of just a toilet, so people won’t have to share! There’s also a shared bathroom with a tub next to your room.

All the rooms have their key and locks. The utilities are split monthly (around $65-80 depending on BGE). You’ll also get the security deposit back after you move out. Move in is negotiable.

A brand new washer, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave have been added.

We’re in Arbutus near Taste Tea, the college, and the elementary/middle school.

3 cats🍊 I’m a college student, 22 years old. There are already 3 cats at the house that are big cuddle bugs! Sadly we don’t have room for more pets unless they’re small like fish, rabbits, etc

There is 1 room open upstairs as of June 1st.
