Room for rent!

3 cats🍊 I’m a college student, 22 years old. There are already 3 cats at the house that are big cuddle bugs!

All the rooms have their key and locks. The utilities are split monthly. You’ll also get the security deposit back after you move out. Move in is negotiable.

5 minutes from I-95. 17 minutes from downtown Baltimore. 5-10 minutes from UMBC. 30 minute walk from UMBC. The basement was just finished we added a full bathroom with a shower to the basement instead of just a toilet, so people won’t have to share! There’s also a shared bathroom with a tub next to your room.

A brand new washer, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave have been added.

We’re in Arbutus near Taste Tea, the college, and the elementary/middle school.
