Professional female has a room to rent in a private home. I am seeking a mature person who pays their bills on time and is currently in the state of Maryland.

The house is located in a nice neighborhood, near several bus routes (CityLink Orange (ORANGE),LocalLink 40 (40 - CMS - Essex), the 36 and 160. The house is in Turkey Point (Essex), Baltimore County. Close to Golden Ring, White Marsh Mall, Public Library, Route 702, 695, and I-95.

The house does have hardwood floors, washer/dryer, street parking, AC, yard, backyard, patio, etc. Access would be available to the kitchen, living room, washer/dryer and a shared bathroom. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Please be a neat/clean person, non-smoker, easygoing, have no pets and willing to help with keeping our home clean. Looking for someone quiet and considerate.

Would prefer a non-smoker, non-drug user, not a heavy drinker, a clean-person, self sufficient and over all someone who doesn't mind sharing some household duties. No pets.

Rent is $900.00 month utilities included (BGE & Water and Internet). References, first month's rent and $500.00 security deposit are required. Proof of income and criminal and sex offender check required.
