You’ll be sharing the home with me (a mindful, easygoing mom) and my sweet toddler — he brings a little laughter and energy during the day, but we value peace, cleanliness, and mutual respect.

This space is ideal for someone who:

Works full-time or has a steady schedule outside the home

Appreciates a clean, calm, and drama-free environment

Is comfortable with a home that includes a little one who plays and makes some noise during the day

Can honor quiet hours during nap time (around 3–4 PM) and bedtime (after 9 PM)

Each tenant has their own private bedroom, and we share the kitchen and bathroom only. The living room is reserved for family use to maintain a peaceful rhythm for the household.
