Other than that I work part-time, soon to be full-time but am looking for a stable and mature (age doesn’t really matter) individual to responsibly to rent. I mostly stay in my bedroom, and guests are fine as long as work-schedules are honored or you’re quiet. I’m pretty easy going. I said no pets but would consider it as long a pet isn’t destructive. The complex requires a 40 per month fee extra per pet. I had to rehome my cats for now as cost was too much.
