House of Peace

I am a 35 year old professional female, and another tenant is my sister on the lower level, who is also a professional. She occupies the basement level and has her own separate facilities: We are both fairly introverted, I can be extroverted sometimes, but we love and embrace peace and respect of boundaries ☮️ . I have a partner who comes over a couple times per week. I throw maybe one party for the holidays a year, otherwise guests are kept to a minimum :)

We are looking for a kind roommate that has a similar lifestyle, gets along with animals. To be clear, the animals are not your responsibility- we have a Petsitter. My sister and I both work from home 1-3 days per week. we are both very chill, and occasionally like to watch tv together. Sometimes our schedules are 9-5 or 10-6 pm at work but I often work more (earlier in the morning or later in the night and occasional weekends) depending on the week.

My sister has the lowest level room, and there is also a washer/dryer on that level.

There are five bedrooms and 2.5 baths total. Three of those bedrooms are on the upper level, where you would be living. Your room would be across from mine, the third bedroom I have converted into a closet. There is also an office space on that level with a balcony. There is space in the closet room and in the office space for additional storage.
Your room has a closet space that is not enclosed. The room is about 100 square feet with two big windows and blinds (one east facing, one north facing). It gets a lot of light and has a dresser in it for clothes.
The main floor has a kitchen area, where there is room for cookware you have. It also has a bathroom with a shower on that level, a living room with a large comfy leather couch and a dining room.
The outdoor space is partially fenced with a large side yard and a gazebo. I have a shed for more storage and a patio type area with a fire pit and table and chairs and a grill. The front of the house has a large porch.

UTILITIES: varies based on BGE budget billing plus quarterly water ($25) plus $30 monthly internet.
