The Lower Level: You’ll have a finished, spacious private floor all to yourself, complete with your own full bathroom.

Amenities: Access to in-unit laundry, dedicated storage space, central A/C, and shared access to pretty much every streaming app out there.

Bonus Access: You’re welcome to use the upstairs guest bedroom for visiting friends or family with a bit of notice and within reason.

The House & Neighborhood
Built in 1940 and completely remodeled in 2025, this is my first home. The layout gives everyone great privacy: I live on the top floor (along with the guest room), while the main floor features an open-concept living room and kitchen leading to an enclosed front sunroom and a fenced-in front yard.

Located on a quiet, walkable street in Woodberry, you’re an easy stroll to Artifact Coffee, Blue Pit BBQ, Waverly Brewing, Druid Hill Park, the Jones Falls Trail, and all the shops/restaurants in Hampden, with quick access to I-83.

About Me
I’m 42, gay, liberal, and a high school social studies teacher (union proud). I've lived all over—from West Virginia and Minnesota to Oregon, Scotland, and the Czech Republic—and I value travel and new experiences. I love trivia, karaoke, award shows, and hosting the occasional gathering. I'm a big fan of happy hour, but I don't usually drink at home during the week.

Pets: I have a very friendly, 17-year-old tuxedo cat who loves to cuddle. I generally prefer no other pets, but I'm open to the right situation depending on the animal.

House Rules: No cigarette smoking inside (weed is fine).
