Rent is $750/month + utilities (WiFi, BGE, and water split 3 ways).

The available bedroom is 140 sq ft with space for a bed, desk, and dresser, plus a closet. The room is unfurnished, though the current tenant is open to selling the bed if you’re interested. (Photos show the original furniture, not current setup.)

You’ll share a bathroom (with bathtub) with one other roommate, along with a spacious shared kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen has great storage and a large shared pantry.

There’s a backyard with space for gardening, a front porch for morning coffee or tea, and easy street parking right out front.

The vibe of the home is clean, peaceful, and welcoming. The two women living here are entrepreneurs, artists, and dancers. I live on the top floor and work from home, and the other roommate comes and goes depending on her schedule.
