Your room is located on the first
floor separate from other rooms allowing for maximum privacy. Also the laundry area is on the 1st floor so laundry will be a breeze. The picture with the stripped shower curtain is your bathroom on the 3rd floor. While there is also a powder room on the first floor, which you can utilize- those with mobility issues would not find this home a good match. The room is partially furnished- just bring a full size bed! I have a 25lb loving hypoallergenic cockapoo who provides cuddles on command lol. I’m used to sharing my home and desire a clean, chill and respectful person who also fosters a peaceful living environment. ALL utilities, which means WiFi, are included. Rent includes cleaning fee of common areas and bathroom - housekeepers every 6 weeks. The neighborhood is quiet and plenty of street parking at front of home. The 78 & 40 Bus lines are a short walk away. A grocery store is also in walking distance. - their produce is very affordable! Also Enoch Pratt library is within walking distance. The ad says apartment share, but this is a ~1600 sq foot townhouse. A background check, income verification and rental references are required. The fee for this paperwork will be paid by the owner/occupant.
