Hey folks! I've got a house in Pigtown that I'm urgently looking to sublet to two other people. 3 bedroom, no pets allowed as I already have one cat who will be living there as well. Rent is 1700, which will be split evenly between myself and the two other tenants. Move in would be April 1st. I'm an 18yo trans guy, so I'm preferably looking for late teens/early 20s people who are LGBTQ friendly and responsible with paying their rent on time and have respect for their space. I love music and making art, and I work nights at a restaurant typically around 4 days a week. Please feel free to ask more questions!
