I’m the owner and lived in the house myself for over 10 years, although I no longer live there. I know the home and neighborhood very well and take pride in keeping the property comfortable and well maintained.

Looking for a responsible, respectful, and easygoing tenant. Rent is $1,050/month for longer-term stays. Short-term stays of 1–2 months are also available for $1,150/month, making the room a great option for traveling nurses, medical professionals, contract workers, or others needing temporary housing.
