Master Bedroom with balcony and walk_in closet

Hello,
a just renovated home has a new Master bedroom available for rent,
INFO ABOUT THE BEDROOM:
It is a master bedroom, with a ft ceiling
ft x ft is the bedroom area (closet and bathroom are separated)
a walkin closet with enough shelves
A new biometric safe has been installed (fingerprint, key, and code
option)
Ceiling lights with dimmer and ceiling fan with remote control
big window for fresh air or natural light
laminated floor, so it is easy to clean
The bed in the video is a fullsize bed (included), but it is not new, so a new mattress cover can be purchased, or you can bring your own bed
floor rug, night table, lamp, and Alexa screen are not included (only for students)
The bedroom door has a new lock with a key
temporarily, the internet modem or router is located in the bedroom, but later will be relocated. so for now, the master bedroom has the best internet speed in the house

ABOUT THE HOUSE
There are more single tenants actually living in the house, but they are quiet, clean, and decent people ( one female and males)
the males verily cook, mostly microwave food, but the female cooks almost every day, especially at night
The whole kitchen will be shared, and there is space in the fridge for more person.
kitchen upper and lower cabinets available for one more person
kitchen island available for everybody
All the appliances available are: microwave, gas cooktop, gas oven, small oven toaster, dishwasher, and a coffee maker
patio is fenced and secure to store
Laundry available only one day a week ( loads max)

The room is for a single person, professional, or student
Proof of income is necessary; no drugs allowed, background check.
