Hi! I'm renting out a furnished private room with its own full bathroom in our newly renovated townhouse in Poppleton, just a short walk from the UMB campus and medical center. Great for a travel nurse, resident, grad student, or anyone working downtown!

$1,200 a month with all utilities included, and brand new appliances throughout!

The room has a full bed, a desk and lamp, a mounted TV, a reading chair, a closet, and two windows with great afternoon light. The bathroom is yours alone, with a tiled walk in shower. There's a small private entry area outside the room, so it feels separate from the rest of the floor. Central air plus its own window AC unit.

Included in the rent: water, gas, electric, Xfinity internet, ADT security, and a brand new washer and dryer in the basement.

You'll also share a fully furnished living room, a full kitchen with a brand new fridge and dishwasher, a covered patio, and a fenced backyard. The newly rebuilt aquatic center with a lap pool is right across the street!

My husband and I are the owners. We both travel a lot for work, so the house is fairly quiet throughout the month. We keep it clean and well cared for, and we're easy to reach!

Female tenant preferred, since this is a shared home with us. Stays of 3 months or longer welcome. One month security deposit. No smoking. Street parking.
