The room is approximately 150 sq. ft. and includes a bed, personal refrigerator, in-room heat, and AC during the summer months. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, and common areas are kept clean and organized.

Rent is $225 per week, due every Friday. A $300 security deposit is required. Electric, water, and heat are included in the rent.

The home is non-smoking, with street parking available, and is conveniently located near public transportation, shopping, and everyday necessities.

We are seeking a responsible individual with stable employment and verifiable income who is looking for long-term housing. Minimum stay is 6 months and the room is for single occupancy only.
